2. Quotes & Offers

Estimates displayed on this website — including the price estimator and examples in our guides — are illustrative and informational only. They are not offers and do not guarantee any particular price for your vehicle. Your offer becomes firm only after we quote your specific vehicle based on its condition, title status, completeness, and current market and scrap-metal pricing. Once we make a firm quote and you accept it, that is the amount you will be paid at pickup.

3. Vehicle Ownership & Title

You represent that you are the vehicle's lawful owner or are authorized to sell it, and that the vehicle is not subject to any undisclosed lien. Vehicles without a title may still be purchasable where permitted by law, subject to VIN verification and applicable deductions. You agree to sign the documents required to transfer ownership under Texas law at the time of pickup.

4. Pickup & Payment

Pickup is scheduled at a mutually agreed date, time, and location. Free towing applies to locations within our Greater Houston service area. Payment is made at the time of pickup in the agreed amount. The vehicle and any remaining personal property become our responsibility at pickup; please remove personal belongings beforehand.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including submitting false quote requests, scraping content, interfering with site operation, or using automated tools to submit forms. Quote requests must be made in good faith by the vehicle owner or their authorized representative.

6. Communications

By submitting a quote request, you consent to be contacted about your request by phone, text message, or email. Marketing text messages are sent only with your express consent as described in our Privacy Policy, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
